How about no longer having in-state vs out-of-state tuition anymore? That seem like a discriminatory 14th Amendment violation. ESPECIALLY if a college is going online only. So...is the argument here based on humanitarian grounds or just putting a dollar value on the lives of foreign students and not the rule of law? I certainly agree that this should be looked at on a case by case basis and there should be exemptions, but the overall circumstances we find ourselves in has pulled the curtain back of many of the ways that education, particularly higher ed, in the U.S. is a great big scam in so many ways.
