Talking HB3010 at the Alotta Action Rally

There were a lot of people openly carrying firearms at the rally for Alotta Action Advertising, Inc. in Oklahoma City on 1 August 2020, but what if the event was held on public property and it was somehow illegal to open carry? I discussed that very real possibility with one of the rallygoers and got his thoughts regarding OK HB3010 - one of the pieces of legislation that the Oklahoma Second Amendment Assocation strongly supported (and was authored by on of their favorites, Representative Tom Gann).
