Why isn’t the NAACP, BLM, ACLU, ADF, Sikh Coalition, ADL, etc. not all over this blatant racial profiling and discrimination (that adversely affects African Americans more than any other demographic, statistically speaking). This is tantamount to Federally mandated approval of the equivalent of Sharia Law and a return to the days of “separate and unequal”. MLK would have already been marching in the streets and organizing boycotts! A man who was convicted in 2014 of driving drunk and hitting and killing a 12-year-old boy in Wagoner has had his conviction overturned to do the recent Supreme Court ruling on tribal jurisdiction.
