Oklahoma Law Will Throw Cops In Jail For Failure To Use Body Cameras

I generally find it hard to get behind anything that Rep. Goodwin supports. Where does she propose to get the funding for all these body cams? What about the time & expense of having people transfer the data and review the footage? What about the space, hardware, utilities and other infrastructure needed to back up and preserve the footage (evidence) in perpetuity? Someone doesn’t understand the enormity and full dimensions of what she’s proposing. Work out those details and find a way to pay for it - statewide for sheriff’s offices and small rural police departments and then we’ll talk.
