Because things like adherence to regulations as written, procedural compliance, troop suicide, having a rational, objective, merit-based advancement system or getting rid of the Blended Retirement System (especially how prior service Guard & Reserve with VA ratings are effectively left without a retirement), making CRSC automatic or making all retirees eligible for CRDP aren’t priorities for the Army?
Well...maybe, the last three, at least are things he and his colleagues in Congress should look into.
