I’m amazed by the ignorance shown by people who complain about the lack of diversity and representation when talking about the Electors who actually cast the Electoral Votes. Those things have nothing to do with that process or the job of an Elector. In a very real sense, they are representing the diversity and will of the people because they are casting their Electoral Votes based on the way the entire state they are in voted. Not to mention that all this “diversity” talk is predicated upon the blatantly racist notion that everyone who “looks like you” also thinks like you and would vote like you would.
