So much for Affirmative Action, asking demographic questions on government forms or the Census (does not effect the two Constitutional exemptions to the Census) and the Indian Child Welfare Act for starters.

Oh…wait! This legislation does not actually ban those things (I mean there is that pesky “Free Speech” stuff in Amendment 1), it just cuts off _FEDERAL_ funds for those things. If they can be done free or funded by non-federal dollars, then it’s racism, separatism and discrimination as usual.


I'm proud to be a cosponsor of Rep. Burgess Owens' Say No to Indoctrination Act. This bill prevents taxpayer dollars from funding programs that teach discriminatory practices in America's school systems.
