Actually, a Sheriff’s oath to the Constitution makes it mandatory and 76 out of 77 counties seem to see it that way. With that being said, I don’t have a problem with legislation mandating that OHP snatch them up (or notify ICE or FBI) if they don’t enforce the law of the land and work to rid us of these criminal trespassers.

Uh...so, they are STEALING people’s cars?!? You are only required to have a current little sticker if you OPERATE the vehicle on public roads. For the government to come onto your private property and steal your property without a warrant is tyranny that no one should even contemplate in the first place.
