Either we have freedom and that pesky 1st Amendment or we don’t when it comes to what we wear.
The “amid Corona virus...” part is not needed. Cannabis should be legalized at the federal level.
May Corona finish the job smallpox started until ANYONE can own or operate a casino... Otherwise, I look forward to the day when these are not just rules in Native Casinos, but laws...punishable any way they see fit. #TrueSovereignty #TrueIndependence
I’m going to actually agree on this issue. The citizens in the equation should receive their checks or anything else THEY are individually entitled to. This is like penalizing a mother because she has a child in jail.
Jason Lowe testifying UNDER OATH and under PENALTY OF PERJURY on April 21, 2020 that the collection of NINE uncancelled, unprocessed checks that he submitted as evidence of having paid rent to his mysterious landlord in Lubbock, TX (who was not available via telephone to testify on his behalf during the hearing) were all WRITTEN BY HIM, PAID BY HIM, and ACTUALLY CLEARED HIS BANK ACCOUNT. What if any of those things proves to be untrue? What if his landlord cannot confirm his testimony? What if the landlord does corroborate the Lowe’s story, but the checks prove fraudulent? What would that mean for the landlord? Why don’t the signatures match on all the checks? Did someone else sign them? Did they have permission? Did they have a limited power of attorney? Did they have a signature card on file with CHASE Bank? Why are there so many logical and grammatical errors on the letters that allegedly accompanied the checks? Things like “…$2,250.00 for two (3) months” or “…$3000 for two (4) months…” or “Please contact me if you have any questions for concerns”… How can someone consistently pay their rent anywhere from 20 days to THREE MONTHS LATE and 1) not incur and late fees and 2) not be evicted? Why was check #7067 dated THREE MONTHS _BEFORE_ check #7055? Why is there no image at all of a check to go with the letter dated January 10th 2020? If the most recent check (#8525) and letter associated with it were dated April 15, 2020, which was a Wednesday, and it was included in the packet of evidence submitted on April 16 for use at the hearing that took place on April 21…what it ever actually mailed to the landlord? And even then that still means he was paying his rent over a MONTH AND A HALF LATE! If any of letters and the checks were mailed to the landlord in Lubbock, TX, what are we looking at? How could we be looking at what is obviously 10+ pages stapled together with a check attached to each one if all of these things were put in an envelop and mailed to Lubbock, TX dating back to February 26, 2018? Follow the link below for evidence submitted in this case to include the aforementioned checks and memos: https://www.ok.gov/elections/documents/Exhibit_and_Witness%20List_Cause%202020-08_Lowe.pdf
Not only does Wayland Cubit not support the 2nd Amendment and Constitutional Carry, but he doesn't seem to be a big fan of the Open Records Act either. Nothing like law enforcement that doesn't respect the law...especially when they want to the be senior LEO of a county. https://www.facebook.com/CubitForOK/photos/a.114032986832302/134057618163172 https://www.oklahomacounty.org/DocumentCenter/View/9530/County-Candidate-Filings-April-2020

So...structural adjustment loans from the IMF or World Bank?
Who thinks this is a good idea? http://www.oklegislature.gov/BillInfo.aspx?Bill=HB1111&Session=1900 =0

So many of the problems in our society would solve themselves if we just brought back dueling...

It took the Oklahoma House of Representatives less than THREE MINUTES to vote to allow tax money to be used to ban firearms on PUBLIC PROPERTY. And almost no one in the Chamber knew what they were actually voting on!
Questions from the Oklahoma Open Carry Association: Can you OPEN CARRY in Walmart in Oklahoma? YES. You can because Walmart is not a statutorily prohibited location. This video goes into the relevant section of the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act (SDA) that pertains to the Open Carry of firearms.
Jacques McGowan Testimony ***This must be prefaced by stating that Mr. McGowan is an amazing person. He is civically engaged and active in the community and has a long history of volunteer efforts with Oklahoma City's homeless population.*** During Oklahoma State Representative Jason Lowe's candidacy contest hearing on Monday, April 20, 2020, when Ben M Janloo challenged Jason Lowe's eligibility to be a candidate for Oklahoma House District 97, Representative Lowe called, as a witness, Mr. Jacques McGowan, but was unable to pronounce his own witness' name correctly despite having known him for a number of years. Notice the lack of social distancing, especially given that Rep. Lowe had recently recovered from COVID-19. Nothing like having your employees as your witnesses. So...he took Rep. Lowe's trash out for him? Why? How often? Why could Rep. Lowe not routinely take his own trash out?
Look at me...winning friends and influencing people!
Q vs Key & Peele vs Jason Lowe Life imitates art when it comes to the in ability (or inability) to pronounce someone's name correctly. It is especially funny when it is the name of someone you've known for over 5 years and who you've employed during that time. During Oklahoma State Representative Jason Lowe's candidacy contest hearing on Monday, April 20, 2020, when Ben M. Janloo challenged Jason Lowe's eligibility to be a candidate for Oklahoma House District 97, Representative Lowe called, as a witness, Mr. Jacques McGowan, but was unable to pronounce his own witness' name correctly despite having known him for a number of years.
Friendly reminder: Unless your name is Jorge Mario Bergoglio, then your house and yard within your fence/walls is not a sovereign nation-state.
