Actually, it is the opposite of awesome that our public schools are in such a state of disarray, mismanagement, underfunding and insolvency that we would cheer the equivalent of “Foreign Aid”.
This literally is being on the receiving end of a commercial that says something along the lines of, “For about the cost of a cup of coffee a day, you can help a struggling American child receive a quality education”.
