Just a reminder that when someone says everyone is equal they are saying you are an interchangeable cog replaceable by any other random person.
Democracy is a joke. Any deviation from meritocracy brings problems- just look at the Hurricane Katrina response, botched by a carpetbagged FEMA head with little idea of how to respond to disasters.
Elective politics is a pure numbers game and not a meritocracy.
